Engineering

Design / Input
Our engineers will work closely with your Product Designers and Product Managers to ensure that the most cost-effective design is achieved. We liaise on production feasibility during the manufacture, and also provide advice and expertise on prototyping and sampling.
Project Management

  • Our engineering teams are proactive in assisting clients during every aspect of the production process to ensure the most cost-effective design is achieved in terms of product design, packaging and logistics.
  • New products will be subject to our inhouse quality protocols which includes:
        • - New Product Introduction (NPI)
        - Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
        - DFMEA
        - Process Control Planning , SPC
        - Design and manufacture checking media (all in-process)
        - Attribute gauging.
        - Design and manufacture of delivery still-age.
Prototyping / Sampling
Prior to sign-off for full production we work with you from the early stages of your project to submission of a prototype.
Quality Management
We have implemented a quality first approach in every area of our business and we are proud to be accredited to ISO9001 and IATF16949:2016 respectively.
If required we will fully support your local sample approval requirements which includes:
        - PPAP submission.
        - Full heat treatment analysis.
        - ISIR
        - Full material analysis.
        - Full heat treatment analysis.
        - Full paint quality and performance analysis
        - CMM inspection.
